“We worked with Lyerly Agency to develop a manufacturing careers awareness campaign known as ‘Make-It-In-Union County.’ From naming and branding to marketing strategy and creative execution Elaine and Melia Lyerly and their team worked so well with a broad cross-section of the community to develop the campaign. Their interaction included focus group meetings with students, parents and teachers as well as an audit with decision makers from a variety of manufacturing firms across Union County. They boiled down a considerable amount of data and input to a campaign effort that has continued to gain momentum. We were very pleased with the deliberate, methodical and creative process Lyerly Agency used to develop the “Make-It-In-Union County” campaign.
